We're excited to announce the completion of our roofing repair; a critical part of our extensive renovation efforts. Thank you to Brian of BAS Roofing and his crew for the quality workmanship and keeping on schedule and budget.

Once the existing roof materials were fully removed, a thorough assessment of the underlying structure was conducted. Given the age of our beloved building, we were pleased that only a minimum amount of the roofing boards needed replacing.

After the problems areas were properly fixed, the new materials were installed on both the pitched and flat areas of the roof. New gutters and downspouts were also installed throughout the entire building.
