ACTIVITIES FOR HEALTH, FUN, AND FRIENDSHIP

Currently our Senior Center offers these regularly scheduled activities free to

seniors 60+ and caregivers accompanying them.

Open Mic Night - Sat. Nov 15

Join us for Open Mic Night on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 4-9 p.m.

Free for all ages and family friendly. Open Mic 4-7 p.m.,

dance to live music 7-9 p.m.

Snacks, refreshments, and dinner available for purchase, with all proceeds going to Lucerne Alpine Senior Center.

Tai Chi with Paul Samberg

Every Friday

2:30 - 3:30 p.m.

AA Meetings

Every Friday 6-7 p.m.

Guitar and Ukulele group for

beginners and brush-ups

Every Thursday Noon to 1 p.m.

With Craig Wilczewski

Please bring your guitar or ukulele,

a digital tuner, and a folder for sheet music.

Chair Exercise with Dawn

Every Wednesday 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Join our free weekly classes

for fun, fitness and relaxation

with low-impact exercises

we can do sitting down.
