ACTIVITIES FOR HEALTH, FUN, AND FRIENDSHIP

Currently our Senior Center offers these regularly scheduled activities free to

seniors 60+ and caregivers accompanying them.

Open Mic Night Sat. Oct. 18!

4:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Join us for Open Mic Night -- featuring a

Halloween Costume Contest

for all ages! FREE and family friendly.

Open Mic and Costume Contest, 4-7 pm

Dance to live music, 7-9 pm.

Snacks, refreshments, and dinner available for purchase, with all proceeds going to Lucerne Alpine Senior Center.

2:30 - 3:30 p.m.

AA Meetings

Every Friday 6-7 p.m.

Guitar and Ukulele group for

beginners and brush-ups

Every Thursday Noon to 1 p.m.

With Craig Wilczewski

Please bring your guitar or ukulele,

a digital tuner, and a folder for sheet music.

Chair Exercise with Dawn

Every Wednesday 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Join our free weekly classes

for fun, fitness and relaxation

with low-impact exercises
