ACTIVITIES FOR HEALTH, FUN, AND FRIENDSHIP

Currently our Senior Center offers these regularly scheduled activities free to

seniors 60+ and caregivers accompanying them.

Open Mic Night - Sat., Nov. 21

4:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Join us for Open Mic Night on Sat., Nov. 21, from 4-9 p.m.

Free for all ages and family friendly.

Open Mic 4-7 p.m., dance to live music 7-9 p.m.

THANKSGIVING LUNCH - NOV. 24!

Enjoy a special holiday meal with us on Tuesday, Nov. 24.

Seniors 60+ and caretakers accompanying

them -- ($5 donation suggested).

All others welcome for $10.

AA Meetings

Every Friday 6-7 p.m.

Guitar and Ukulele group for

beginners and brush-ups

Every Thursday Noon to 1 p.m.

With Craig Wilczewski

Please bring your guitar or ukulele,

a digital tuner, and a folder for sheet music.

Chair Exercise with Dawn

Wednesdays 10 am & 11:30 am

Join our free weekly classes

for fun, fitness and relaxation

with low-impact exercises

we can do sitting down.
